We want to make sure you are happy with your selection and we understand that purchasing online is different than in-person, so if you have any questions about product selection please contact us and we will gladly help you choose the item that is right for you.
We know selecting the right product can be difficult. We want you to have the peace-of-mind that if you don't like the product when you get it, in a worst case scenario, you may return it to pick something else out.
If you do not like what you bought, we will let you pick something else out If you receive your order and are simply not satisfied with the product, you may return it to us within 30 days to exchange it for another item. Since all returns are disposed of, we are not able to issue any refunds to your credit card. Please see details below. You must return the item in its original packaging.

We will guarantee the item against defects for 1 year after the original purchase date. If the item is defective, simply mail the item with its original packaging back to us. Upon our receipt of the merchandise, we will send a replacement to you. Please remember, to issue a replacement item, the defective merchandise must be in its original packaging with your original invoice.
We will replace any defective merchandise for up to 1 year after the delivery date. DVD's and books are non-exchangeable, however, they have a 30-day guarantee against defects. Dolls also have a 30-day guarantee against defects and are non-exchangeable. Our guarantee does not provide protection for items that have not been properly maintained. If we do not have the same item in-stock, we reserve the right to ship you a similar item of the same value.
Returns for Clothing (Lingerie, Hosiery, etc.)
ITEM/S MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR EXCHANGE. DUE TO HEALTH REGULATIONS, WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN WORN AND ARE IN ORIGINAL UNOPENED PACKAGING WITH TAGS ATTACHED. YOU MAY RETURN THE ITEM/S & SELECT A NEW ITEM/S FOR EXCHANGE. STORE CREDIT/S OR REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ANY DIFFERENCES. A $6.95 SHIPPING/PROCESSING CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL EXCHANGES.
Thexxxzone.com offers 30 days after the product has been received to return for an exchange. No questions asked on our adult toy products only, as long as they have not been opened or used.
We do not accept returns on lingerie or costumes with the exception that the item does not fit. At that point, we will exchange the lingerie or costume for a different size.
Thexxxzone.com allows returns on all defective items. However, for a defective item you will need to call us within 24 hours of receiving the item in order for the damaged item to be accepted and an RMA number issued. For defective items, we allow you to either exchange the item for another item of same or more value or to return it for a refund.
Receiving the Wrong Item:
In the event that Thexxxzone.com sends you an incorrect item, we will accept the return for an exchange of an item of same or more value or for a full refund, the shipping cost to send returning items back to us will be refunded to you.
What Do I Need To Do Once an RMA was given?
In your return package please include the following:
- The packing slip if available.
- A note telling us reason for the return.
- Please let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange when applicable for
*The exchange must be for item(s) of the same or more value. If it is more we will bill you for the difference, if the item is less than the return value you will receive store credit*
If you do not include a note, your refund may not be pressed properly.

We cannot process any returns, exchanges, or credits without hearing from you first and giving you a Return Authorization #.
We cannot process any returns that are dirty, badly broken, or obviously tampered with due to health and sanitary reasons.
